Electric motor performance monitoring
HBM - Stand E7110
Find out about HBM’s eDrive system, which is a solution for testing inverter-driven electric motors and is capable of measuring multi-phase, medium- to high-voltage, and mid- to large-scale maritime electrical or hybrid propulsion systems.
It calculates the acquisition of standard parameters like power, efficiency and losses, but also performs advanced analysis including motor efficiency mapping, dq0 transformation and airgap torque computation.
The system can be expanded beyond electrical measurements by adding input modules, enabling acquisition of mechanical parameters such as vibration and temperature.
The company will be launching the all-new GEN2tB DAQ mainframe as a new entry-level system, and Perception 7.2 with Real Time Space Vector, which enables it to present the results of synchronous real-time maths live, as well as a live XY display of the result.
