The project focuses on optimising epoxy powder coatings to meet stringent performance standards, using high-voltage holiday testing to ensure flawless insulation with zero pinholes, cracks, or thin spots. By refining every stage of the process — from laser cutting and deburring to fluidised bed or spray coating application — we are delivering consistent, high-quality results that significantly reduce rejection rates and enhance product reliability.

This innovation directly supports marine engineers and shipbuilders working on electric and hybrid propulsion systems, energy storage, and onboard power distribution. It also positions H V Wooding as a scalable, high-specification busbar supplier to the growing international electrification market.
