Halvard “Hal” Hauso is chief commercial officer at Corvus Energy. Hal brings over 30 years of industrial marine business development experience to Corvus Energy. Hal started the Norway office for Corvus Energy 4 years ago. The team he has built employees all with marine experience. Halvard is in charge of all sales worldwide. Having served six years as Senior Vice President at Rolls-Royce Marine leading the Power Electric System department, and as CEO at Scandinavian Electric Systems before it was bought by Rolls-Royce. Hal has held previous senior management positions in the marine industry at Rolls-Royce Marine, Scandinavian Electric Systems, TTS, ABB and Mjellem & Karlsen. Hal has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Heriot Watt University and a business degree in Finance.
