Vincent Shier, PhD, is a partner in Brown Rudnick’s intellectual property practice group. He has practiced IP law for more than two decades, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, counseling clients in strategic IP considerations and IP due diligence, and representing clients in post-grant proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
