Palemia is responsible for the large ferry and ro-pax segment at ABB Marine & Ports. He is a member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology and currently sits on its Technical Leadership Board. Having served as a marine engineer on large cruise ships and with the Royal New Zealand Navy, Palemia brings an operational context as we shift to an industry that features more electrification, digitalization and connectivity.
