Øystein Longva

Øystein Longva serves as the chief technology officer at Vard Electro and has 30 years of experience in the marine industry. He began his career in building equipment for the marine business, such as switchboards, integrated automation systems and thruster control systems and subsequently transitioned to the development of integrated automation systems and dynamic positioning systems. He holds an MSc in engineering cybernetics and has 10 years of experience heading the product department at Vard Electro.
