This year, welcomed a range of new innovative solutions to the exhibitor line-up. Making the expo accessible for all industry players, this new zone created an even more exciting show floor for all attendees! Some of our 2025 debuts are listed below, click each to read more.

Service Provider Pavilion launch
Also, brand new for 2025, the launch of the Service Provider Pavilion facilitated the search for advice and expertise concerning all service elements of delivering a sustainable maritime future. From regulators to designers, visitors were able to find it all in one dedicated space. Industry experts included:
Deep Dive Masterclass
Day one hosted a deep dive Masterclass on battery sizing for fuel cell hybrid systems presented by Freudenberg e-Power Systems.
A model based rightsizing analysis for a battery & fuel cell hybrid vessel by FEPS, delivered an insightful session featuring a study exploring how an energy conversion and storage system on board a yacht can be designed to cover a typical load profile. Real life power data was used to design the hybrid system setup as well as the operational mechanisms to operate both systems in the most efficient way.
Access to this two-hour Masterclass was included with a conference pass.

All-new educational stages
In addition to the commercial sourcing ground of the expo floor, which itself attracts over 3200 influential decision makers from across 12 key industry communities, this year also saw the launch of two new dedicated educational stages. This enabled a limited number of exhibitors to present in an all-new environment.
Addressing the challenges facing the 12 key communities of maritime industry – shipyards, boat builders, large and small commercial operators, ferry operators, vessel owners, navy/military and coastguard, large and small leisure boat retailers, ports and port authorities, system integrators, sustainability consultants, naval architects and terminal operators – this provided the perfect opportunity to hear from and connect with world-class solution providers.
And, with this progressive event also appealing to those interested in leveraging innovative maritime efficiencies such as alternative fuels, wind and solar power, tidal, foiling, air lubrication, optimized hull design, carbon capture and advanced propeller technologies, the show has never been a more collaborative space.
Uniting world-leading expertise
Further uniting the industry, Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo 2025 is proud to announce its collaboration with leading industry associations, IEMA - International Electric Maritime Association, Maritime Battery Forum, Zero Emissions Ship Technology Association (ZESTAs), EOPSA - European Onshore Power Supply Association and CharIN (Charging Interface Initiative e. V.). The strength of this collaborative support benefits key industry professionals from across the globe, helping to combine innovative approaches with evidenced solutions to reach sustainable maritime decarbonization goals.
Reinforcing the drive and desire to advance technologies and service solutions for a sustainable maritime future, these respected authorities are renowned for igniting greater engagement from the wider maritime communities, helping all to achieve the goal of greener global waterways. Attendees were able to meet the teams and hear about the latest progress being made throughout the work of these key associations during the show.
